ABSTRACT:
A first wiring layer16is disposed on an insulating film14on the lower surface of an upper substrate15, while a second wiring layer13three-dimensionally crossing the first wiring layer16is provided on the insulating film12on a lower substrate11. A cantilever17has one end connected to the first wiring layer16and the other end opposed to the second wiring layer13with a space therebetween. A thermoplastic sheet19is arranged on the upper substrate15so as to cover the through-hole18. The thermoplastic sheet19is pressed by a heated pin20against the cantilever17and deformed so as to maintain the connection between the cantilever17and the second wiring layer13, and therefore close the switch10.
