ABSTRACT:
A swing-exercise device comprises a light-weight flexible shaft having two-handed handgrips attached to each end whereby the device may be gripped and swung as a golf club. The handgrips are asymmetrically weighted such that the swing resistance varies according to which handgrip is gripped. The device is symmetrical in proportion about its longitudinal axis and an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The device may also be placed across the shoulders while the user twists at the waist or flexes the shaft by the handgrips.
