ABSTRACT:
A method for decorating the surface of an object by transferring a powdered material to the surface of the object from or with a liquid material. The powdered material is a material that will float on the surface of a liquid bath or will be transportable with a liquid material. The object has an exterior surface that will accept the powdered material and absorb the material into the exterior. The process includes a treatment for setting the decoration on the surface of the object after decoration. The object includes paper, cloth and other materials with a decoratable surface.
