ABSTRACT:
Novel surfactants of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is alkyl, alkenyl or aralkyl of 4-18 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 is hydrogen or same as R.sub.1, R.sub.3 is hydrogen or methyl, A is alkylene of 2-4 carbon atoms, and n is 1-200. Sulfates, phosphates and sulfosuccinates thereof are also useful as anionic surfactants.
