ABSTRACT:
A superconductor for magnetic field shielding comprising a substrate, at least one superconductor film layer, which is laminated on the substrate, and a plurality of small holes 2 which pass through the substrate and the superconductor film layer, wherein the thickness of the superconductor film layer is 100 .mu.m or less.
The superconductor of the present invention uses both superconductive shielding and electromagnetic shielding to deliver extremely high magnetic shielding performance.
