BRIEF SUMMARY
This application is a 371 of PCT/EP 95/03732 filed Sep. 21, 1995.
The invention concerns new substituted pyrazolyl-pyrazole derivatives, their preparation as well as intermediate products for their preparation, and their use as agents with herbicidal action.
It is already known that pyrazoles possess herbicidal properties (WO 9408999). It frequently occurs however that the herbicidal action of the known compounds is not sufficient or selectivity problems occur with the relevant herbicidal action in main agricultural crops.
The problem of the present invention is to prepare new substituted pyrazole derivatives which do not exhibit these disadvantages and whose biological properties are superior to those of the currently known compounds.
It has now been found that substituted pyrazole derivatives of the general formula (I) have a superior herbicidal action: ##STR2## in which R.sup.1 =C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, -C.sub.4 alkoxy; or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylthio, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy all substituted one or more times with halogen, ##STR3## R.sup.7, R.sup.8 and R.sup.9, independent of one another, are hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, 5-membered or 6-membered saturated heterocyclic ring, substituted one or more times by halogen, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl; or C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl all substituted similarly or differently one or more times by halogen, hydroxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy; or C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl all interrupted one or more times by oxygen; or the group OR.sup.12, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl; C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl substituted similarly or differently one or more times by halogen, hydroxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, ##STR4## R.sup.13 =hydrogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl; C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl all substituted similarly or differently one or more times by halogen, cyano, hydroxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy; C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkynyl all interrupted one or more times by oxygen; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, which can optionally be substituted by halogen atoms; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl-C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkenyl, which can optionally be substituted by halogen atoms; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl, cyano, carboxyl, formyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl; C.sub.1 -C.sub.6 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.6 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 alkynyl all substituted similarly or differently one or more times by halogen, cyano, hydroxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy; C.sub.2 -C.sub.8 alkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 cycloalkyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.8 alkynyl all interrupted one or more times by oxygen; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, which can optionally be substituted by halogen atoms; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl-C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkenyl, which can optionally be substituted by halogen atoms; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkylthio, carbocyclic C.sub.3 -C.sub.6 ring which can be interrupted one or more times by oxygen or sulphur, alkyl, if one another, are hydrogen, halogen, C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkenyl or C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkynyl; C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl, C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 alkenyl, C.sub.3 -C.sub.4 alkynyl, carboxyl or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxycarbonyl all substituted similarly or differently one or more times by halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxy or by C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkoxy, or more times by halogen,
