There are disclosed pharmaceutical compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 is an aliphatic or aromatic function, and R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are each hydrogen, C.sub.1-4 alkyl or a protecting group; and salts thereof.
