ABSTRACT:
A method for the prophylaxis of an inflammatory condition or immune disorder associated with infiltration of leukocytes into inflamed tissue in a subject in need thereof, which method comprises administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of formula (I)or a solvate thereof wherein:X is —O— or —NH—;Q is (—CH2—)p, (—CH═CH—)p, (—C≡C—)pwhere p is an integer of from 0 to 4;R1is hydrogen or methyl;R2and R3independently represent O or S;n is an integer of 1 to 50; andR is hydrogen or methyl.
