ABSTRACT:
Described is a genus of substituted 1-acetyl-3,3-dimethylcyclohexanes having the structure: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is methyllyl, R.sub.2 is hydrogen and R.sub.3 is hydrogen, or wherein R.sub.1 is hydrogen, R.sub.2 is methyllyl and R.sub.3 is methyllyl. The above compound is employed in combination with smoking tobacco.
