ABSTRACT:
A piezoelectric vibrator comprises a housing including a planar insulating substrate having thin film terminals. An insulating layer is provided on the thin film terminals and has a thickness of less than 100 microns, with the thickness of the insulating layer being less than 1/2 the width of the thin film terminals.
