ABSTRACT:
A structure26of brittle material and metal has brittle materials24, 25and a plate-shaped metal piece21. The plate-shaped metal piece21has a clamped portion22pressed and clamped with the brittle material and a non-clamped portion23not clamped with the brittle material. The deformation of the plate-shaped metal piece relaxes stress generated along an interface where the clamped portion23and brittle materials24, 25contact each other.
