A stroke information measuring device according to the present invention comprises an imaging section4capturing image data of every predetermined time of a swimmer who is swimming, a pixel extracting section18extracting pixels corresponding to the body image, a profile data generating section20performing the integration of the body image in a predetermined direction and generating the profile data, an end point extracting section24extracting the end point of each profile data, a stroke point extracting section26extracting the stroke point corresponding to the predetermined posture of the swimmer based on the periodic movement of each end point, and a calculating section28calculating the stroke information based on the stroke point.
