ABSTRACT:
Disclosed herein are stretched poly(arylene thioether) block copolymer films and a production processes thereof, said block copolymer film comprising a thermoplastic material composed of (A) 100 parts by weight of a particular poly(arylene thioether) block copolymer, (B) up to 100 parts by weight of at least one other thermoplastic resin, and (C) up to 15 parts by weight of at least one filler. The poly(arylene thioether) block copolymer alternately comprises at least one poly(arylene thioether-ketone) block having predominant recurring units of the formula ##STR1## wherein the --CO-- and --S-- are in the para position to each other and at least one poly(arylene thioether) block having predominant recurring units of the formula ##STR2##
