ABSTRACT:
Dispenser has a nozzle with a tip seal valve and an internal check valve defining a discharge chamber between them. The tip seal valve actuator extends along the squeeze bottle side so that it can be actuated at the same time as the bottle is squeezed. Because of the check valve, there is no "suck back" as bottle is released. A bottle vent permits air in, but does not allow liquid to escape.
