A rear casing (inner casing)50that fits into a front casing (outer casing)40, where a stator20is held between these casings40and50. The front casing40and the casing [SIC]50are rigidly adhered to each other through caulking, adhesives, or welding. Furthermore, the elastic parts46that provide an elastic force on the stator20towards the rear casing50at the step part43of the front casing40, where the stator20is press fitted, and the restorative force of the elastic pieces46strongly holds the stator20.
