ABSTRACT:
The stem device comprises a hollow body having an end and which can be removably associated with a tubular element. Between the body and element, members are provided to afford axial rotation with an elastic return bias acting therebetween. The stem device includes a peg located in an oblique slot for restricting the translatory and rotary movements of the end with respect to the element. The stem device is also effective to be snap-closed and elastically opened to an extra-open angle with respect to the front of a pair of eyeglasses.
