A tilt tube21extends along a horizontal tilt axis B. A steering hydraulic cylinder8slides along a piston rod7, which extends in parallel with the tilt axis B. An eccentric link shaft6is positioned between the tilt tube21and piston rod7and extends in parallel with the tilt axis B. A pair of linking means4supports the tilt tube21, link shaft6and piston rod7. The distance L0between the tilt tube21and piston rod7is shorter than the sum of the distance L1between the tilt tube21and the link shaft6and the distance L2between the link shaft6and the piston rod7.
