ABSTRACT:
A shock absorbing device8includes a transmitting section81, first friction plates82, second friction plates83, and a dish spring84. The transmitting section81is engaged with the inner cylindrical portion of the second friction plates83and also engaged with an outer cylindrical surface of an internal gear42. The first friction plates82are stationarily fixed to an end portion102aof a central housing. The second friction plates83are brought into frictional engagement with the first friction plates82under a resilient force applied from the dish spring84. The first friction plates82and the second friction plates83are alternately laminated.
