ABSTRACT:
An internal combustion engine having a starter carburetor in addition to a main carburetor. The starter carburetor includes a starting mixture passage provided with a starter valve which is normally open and adapted to be closed under an influence of the engine intake pressure when the engine temperature has reached a certain value. The engine includes a temperature responsive valve to mantain the influence of the engine intake pressure to hold the starter valve in the closed position after engine stop as far as the engine temperature is above a second certain value.
