ABSTRACT:
An athletic training device for teaching proper technique for hitting, throwing, and fielding a baseball has positional indicia affixed to both sides of a stance and stride mat. In a game, when stance and stride batting mat is removed from the batter's box, a batter can guide on the positional indicia affixed to the batting Tee. The other side has positional indicia for teaching proper technique for throwing and fielding a baseball and in practice can be used at any convenient location on the playing field.
