ABSTRACT:
A stacked type cooler1for cooling a plurality of electronic components6from two surfaces of each component includes a plurality of cooling tubes2having a flat shape and coolant flow passage21for allowing a coolant to flow, and a connecting pipe3for communicating these cooling tubes2. The plurality of cooling tubes2is arranged and stacked in such a fashion as to interpose the electronic components6between the cooling tubes. The plurality of cooling tubes2includes an outside cooling tube2band an inside cooling tube2a. The inside cooling tube2aincludes at least a first coolant flow passage211facing a first tube wall231constituting a first main surface221of the inside cooling tube2aand a second coolant flow passage212facing a second tube wall232constituting a second main surface222on the opposite side to the first main surface221. The coolant flow passage21is formed into two or more stages in a direction of thickness of the inside cooling tube2a.
