ABSTRACT:
A composition useful for treating fabrics is provided which comprises a continuous aqueous phase having a bleaching agent, a lipophilic reticulum in an amount from about 0.015 wt. % to about 11 wt. %, and discrete particles (such as ultramarine blue, a fluoroscent whitening agent or both) entrapped in the lipophilic reticulum and stably suspended in the aqueous phase thereby.
