ABSTRACT:
A conditioning shampoo containing an anionic cleansing surfactant, in an amount of about 5% to about 65% by weight, preferably about 5% to about 25% by weight, e.g., an ethoxylated (C.sub.12 -C.sub.22) alkyl sulfate and/or a long chain (C.sub.12 -C.sub.22) alkyl sulfonate, and a graft copolymer of a polyethylenimine and a silicone polymer in an amount of about 0.1% to about 20% by weight, preferably about 0.1% to about 10% by weight, is disclosed. The composition provides excellent foaming, conditioning, and phase stability.
