ABSTRACT:
Stabilizer compositions and polyvinyl halide resin compositions containing 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds having the formula: ##STR1## as well as metal and organotin enolate salts thereof, effective in enhancing the resistance to deterioration by heat and light of polyvinyl halide resins.
