ABSTRACT:
A resin composition comprising a resin, a hindered piperidinyloxy compound of the formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are independently a C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 alkyl group and Z is a hydrogen atom or an organic group having at least one carbon atom, and a hypophosphite compound of the formula:
