ABSTRACT:
A stable solid dispersion of prostaglandin drug, particularly Misoprostol, (RS)-4-hydroxy-4-methyl-trans-1-octen-1-yl)-oxycyclopent-1.alpha.-yl!hepta noate, comprising ammonio methacrylate copolymers. The ammonio methacrylate copolymers comprise Eudragit RS series, Eudragit RL series, Eudragit S, Eudragit L, and the mixture thereof. The stable solid dispersion is a sustained release type.
