ABSTRACT:
The tendency for methyl chloroform to decompose in the presence of metals, particularly aluminum, is inhibited by a stabilizer mixture comprising an epoxide, a nitroalkane and either propylene glycol mono-methyl ether, dioxepane or a mixture thereof.
