ABSTRACT:
A method of improving the yield of antihemophilic Factor [A] VIII (AHF) obtained from blood plasma and plasma fractions by cryoprecipitation comprising the addition of from 0.01 to 10 units of heparin to a concentrate of AHF obtained by cryoprecipitation from said plasma or plasma fraction per ml. of solution thereof.
