ABSTRACT:
An apparatus for dispensing liquid including a flexible container for storing liquid, a closure connected to the container, a cap rotatably connected to the closure having an orifice therein, a film-forming post connected to the closure with an orifice therein alignable with the orifice in the cap, a stem projecting upwardly from the closure for conveying liquid to the film-forming post, and a dip tube connected to the stem for conveying liquid from the container to the stem.
