ABSTRACT:
A pair of collapsible supports12, 14have a collar18positioned on the upper end of one support12forming an integral part therewith. The device10is designed to be used in pairs on the ends of a user supplied rod26. Each stand10is slidably inserted onto the distal ends of the rod26by a collar18and the legs12, 14are then pivotally extended to their open position thereby providing a device for supporting a spool32of material rotatively mounted on the rod.
