A novel rotatable mixing device having two intersecting mixing elements attached to an end of a rotatable shaft. The mixing elements intersect at 90.degree., have a generally U-shaped base portion, liner extensions of the legs of the U-shapes, and tip elements extending linearly from the end of the legs.
