ABSTRACT:
In a laryngeal speech aid apparatus comprising a sound head consisting of a clamped hard diaphragm capable of being set in vibration by a plunger, a driver in the form of a vibration coil connected with the plunger and associated fieldwise with a magnet assembly having a permanent magnet, a soft diaphragm connected to the plunger, and a generator-amplifier section connected electrically to the sound head for the production of periodic current pulses for the vibration coil, the improvement wherein (a) the permanent magnet of the magnet assembly consists of a permanent magnetic material designated by the formula
