ABSTRACT:
In a spectroscopy module1, a light passing hole50through which a light L1advancing to a spectroscopic portion4passes is formed in a light detecting element5. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the relative positional relationship between the light passing hole50and a light detecting portion5aof the light detecting element5from deviating. Moreover, the light detecting element5is bonded to a front plane2aof a substrate2with an optical resin adhesive63. Thus, it is possible to reduce a stress generated onto the light detecting element5due to a thermal expansion difference between the light detecting element5and the substrate2. Additionally, on the light detecting element5, a first convex portion101is formed so as to be located at least between the light detecting portion5aand the light passing hole50when viewed from a direction substantially perpendicular to the front plane2a. Thus, when the light detecting element5is attached to the substrate2via the optical resin adhesive63, the optical resin adhesive63is dammed at the first convex portion101. Thus, the optical resin adhesive63is prevented from penetrating into the light passing hole50.
