In a speaker device10having: a magnetic circuit13including a magnet14and a yoke11;a voice coil16which is placed in a magnetic gap12of the magnetic circuit13;and a diaphragm17which is vibrating available in a state where the diaphragm is coupled with the voice coil16,a peripheral edge of the diaphragm17being fixed to a housing20,a damper holder30is disposed in a portion where a damper27is attached to the housing20.The damper holder30is in point contact with the housing20via three or more projections31which are disposed on one of the damper holder30and the housing20.Preferably, the damper holder30is made of a hybrid material of a resin (polypropylene) and tungsten, and has a specific gravity of 10.0 or larger.
