ABSTRACT:
A space garden for growing plants in space comprises a space station in the form of a sealed housing which is divided into a plurality of levels. At least a portion of the top wall of the housing is transparent to permit sunlight to enter therein so that the top level could function as a light growing area whereas at least one of the lower levels is a dark growing area. Plants are periodically rotated to and from the light and dark growing areas.
