ABSTRACT:
Synchronization of remotely originating video signals to a standardized fuency is assured on a field-by-field basis. The video signals are digitized, multiplexed and stored in fields in accordance with their horizontal and vertical sync signals. A reading out of storage, demultiplexing and reconversion to video signals at the standardized frequency on a field-by-field basis allows a real time presentation to standard equipments at a standardize rates.
