ABSTRACT:
A solid electrolyte layer formed between the anodic dielectric oxide film and the counter electrode is composed of a 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane salt of the charge transfer compound type and a binary copolymer. The major component of the copolymer is a nitrogen-containing compound of which polymer is capable of dissolving the salt and the other component is a customary compound capable of forming a strongly adhesive polymer.
