ABSTRACT:
On a surface of an anode member12having a valve action, a cathode layer14is formed, and at a terminal lead-out face12aat one end of the anode member12, an anode wire16is led out of it; thus a capacitor element10is formed. An anode terminal4is joined to the anode wire16. A cathode terminal5is joined to the cathode layer14. A protective layer2of resin covers part or all of the capacitor element10. A packaging member3of resin harder than the protective layer2covers around the capacitor element10including the protective layer2and the anode wire16to form a package. The protective layer2has a larger linear expansion coefficient than the packaging member3. The mass ratio of the packaging member3to the total mass of the packaging member3and the protective layer2between the terminal lead-out face12aand the exterior face of the packaging member3opposite the terminal lead-out face12ais 50% or more.
