ABSTRACT:
A valve6fixed on a tip5aof a rod5as a moving part, abuts a sealing part9of a fluid passage8when the rod5moved to the left, and interrupts a flow of fluid, is made, for instance, of elastic materials such as rubber. This absorbs an impact generated when the valve is sealed (at the time of collision), and reduces loudness of an actuating sound caused by a collision between the valve6and the sealing part9.
