ABSTRACT:
A solenoid control means for controlling the movement of a regenerator-diacer in a cryogenic cooler. The control means comprises sensing and power switching means for activating solenoids that assist in moving or restraining the movement of the regenerator-displacer in synchronism with pressure waves from a compressor.
