ABSTRACT:
To apply a constant pressing force to an object to be tested, so that reliable tests can be performed. A test socket10presses an object to be tested1against the testing face of a testing device4. The present invention comprises(1) a frame11that (a) is detachably mounted onto a base8that has an opening8afor setting the object to be tested1therein, with said base mounted on the testing face, and (b) opens or closes said opening8a,(2) an operating member12, (a) that has a shaft16that is mounted onto the frame11in such a manner so as to rotate both forward and reverse within a predetermined angle, and (b) on which engagement parts18that protrude towards the object to be tested1are formed, and(3) a plate spring13that (a) has spring pieces13bthat stand at a specified angle along the rotational direction of said shaft16and that slide together with said engagement parts18, and (b) is mounted onto the shaft16in such a way that the plate spring13can move to contact with or separate from the object to be tested1.
