ABSTRACT:
A slot antenna including: a dielectric substrate; a conductor pattern formed on a first surface of the dielectric substrate; a ground layer formed on a second surface of the dielectric substrate; a feeding point disposed at substantially a center of one side of the conductor pattern; a microstrip line extending from the feeding point to substantially a center of the conductor pattern; and a slot made with a predetermined width at a position at which the slot straddles a center line of the dielectric substrate, the center line passing through the feeding point, in the ground layer.
