ABSTRACT:
A slingshot is constructed to produce the maximum projectile velocity with a minimum of force exerted by the user and includes a cable assembly cooperating with a plurality of pulley assemblies. A pair of draw pulley assemblies are mounted upon a fixed frame and are joined, by the cables, to a pair of pulley assemblies carried by the free ends of two resilient limbs extending forwardly and upwardly from their attachment to the frame. A handle assembly, fixed relative the frame, includes an arm guard extending forwardly and rearwardly of the frame and is engaged by a substantial length of the user's arm to stabilize the slingshot during its use.
