ABSTRACT:
A sliding swing bearing having upper and lower supporting members, one of which is movable relatively to the other and a slide member interposed therebetween in sliding contact with at least the movable supporting member. The slide member is formed of at least one series of uniformly shaped elements having cooperable peripheral contact edges and arranged in an endless interengaging chain, forming a central pocket. A lubricant is located in the pocket.
