ABSTRACT:
A connector sleeve22is disclosed for connecting two beams2,4together in the construction industry which is quick and easy to use and which may be moved or removed if required. The sleeve22comprises opposing walls25,26for receiving the end portions of two beams2,4therebetween and clamping means32integrally mounted on one of the opposing walls25,26. The clamping means32is configured to releasably engage the beams2,4in use so as to fix their location relative to each other. A modular connection assembly for connecting two beams is also disclosed herein.
