ABSTRACT:
Plastic slats interwoven for privacy and wind protection in the wire mesh body of a chain link fence that are angled at 45 degrees and held against inadvertent removal by either slats or a ribbon inserted horizontally, rather than at a crossing 45 degree angle according to prior art practice, so that the user has the option of using only one horizontal holding slat or ribbon means.
