ABSTRACT:
A skate sharpener having a cylindrical sharpening member held between two symmetrical members forming a holder. A radical slot is provided in the holder for receiving a skate blade to be sharpened by the sharpening member. The width of the slot can be varied to snugly receive skate blades of different width. The sharpening member is centrally retained in the holder, relative to the slot, regardless of the width of the slot.
