ABSTRACT:
A single thin plate storage container1includes a main body2for storing one thin wafer A4inside and a lid attached to the main body2. The single thin plate storage container1includes a bottom side support member35that is located on the main body2side and supports the lid3from the bottom side, and a front side support member36that is located on the lid3side and supports the thin wafer4A from the upper front side. The bottom side support member35includes a center support part37, an outer periphery support part38, a peripheral edge support part39, and a ring plate40for combining integrally the center support part37and the outer support part38. The front side support member36includes a disc43for covering the thin wafer4A from the upper side and abutting parts44, 45to sandwich the thin wafer4A between the two abutting parts and the bottom side support member35.
