ABSTRACT:
Hydroxyaminomethylphosphonates of formula I ##STR1## where R.sub.1 to R.sub.5 are independently hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl or phenylalkyl, R.sub.6 has the same meanings except for hydrogen, and R.sub.1 can also be trialkylsilyl, are useful stabilizers for organic materials subject to oxidative, thermal or actinic induced degradation.
