ABSTRACT:
A silver halide photographic material is disclosed, comprising a support having at least two hydrophilic colloid layers on one side of a support, at least one of said hydrophilic colloid layers containing dextran having an average molecular weight of at least 100,000, wherein at least one hydrophilic colloid layer containing substantially no dextran and having a dry thickness of at least 1.0 .mu.m exists between the hydrophilic colloid layer containing the dextran disposing nearest to the support and the support.
